    Our bolt and firing pin kit is manufactured using CNC machining techniques and made from quality bar stock. With a tighter firing pin hole than the one described in the build guide, you can expect better reliability with consistent primer strikes with no fuss. Our kit features a machined stop in the bolt and matching collar on the firing pin, ensuring correct firing pin protrusion and virtually eliminating any pierced primers or light-strikes. What's more, the bolt tail is TIG welded, resulting in a solid one-piece bolt that slides seamlessly into a standard 3D printed bolt housing.

  • Additional Notes:

    This bolt kit is designed from the ground up to drop directly into the FCG-9 MKII kit and utilize all other normal build parts such as the firing pin retaining bolt and standard AR Carbine Buffer spring.

     

    There is no need to epoxy or glue the bolt into the bolt housing as it is held captive by the force of the recoil spring and the bolt's integral feed lip.

     

    You also will not need to 3D print either the "Recess" or "Drilling" jigs further expediting your build!
