Gunkote Application

First the firearm is completely disassembled and degreased. Then the parts to be coated are media blasted followed by another degreasing. A base "K-Phos" coating is applied and the parts are then heated to 120+ degrees and the coating applied (in several light coats). Once the coverage is perfect, the parts are baked in an oven to cure.

The GunKote finish is very strong and durable. We have had great long term reviews with the firearms we've coated using GunKote. (We have a custom color that is almost a perfect match for Parkerized finish to match older firearms)

For applying a single color (Camo style patterns are more).
